The suspect was convicted along with another one- who has been already sentenced- of joining 14 February Coalition and Al-Wafa Islamic Party, as well as collecting money for the two parties.

    The Superior Labour Court bound a commercial company to pay 23785 BD to an Arab employee who was dismissed after remaining in service for 18 years and 2 months, under company restructuring pretext, with 3% interest starting from the date the lawsuit was raised until payment is concluded, rejecting all other requests. It also ordered the two parties to pay appropriate charges and compensation of attorney fees.

  • Appeals Court Annuls 10-Year Jail Term against Suspect in Planting Fake Bomb Case, Since He was Imprisoned at Time of Crime

    The First High Appeals Criminal Court annulled a verdict sentencing a suspect to 10 years in jail over putting, along with others, fake bomb on the public street, and acquitted the appellant of the charge brought against him, because he was arrested when the crime took place.
